How to plan your elopement in Morocco

An intimate wedding just for two by the Sahara desert... with your lover, or what I like to call perfection.

If a big wedding isn't for you, you’re not in the mood of being the centre of attention and you’re looking for something unique and a little more exciting, why not packing your bags and escape to exotic Morocco for an intimate wedding like no other. More and more couples are shifting focus back on the true essence of a wedding: the celebration of love between just the two of you. 

Magical Morocco is a dream destination and one of the most captivating scenarios for an elopement. An idyllic corner of the world where a slower pace of life has shaped beautifuly another art of living. Secret calm oasis amongst the (beautiful) chaos of Marrakech, captivating fragrances and scents of roses and orange blossom, pink enchanting little alleys and dramatic tiles make of this place the perfect scenario for your intimate wedding. 

Eloping is beautiful.... But you may don’t know where to start specially in Morocco, that’s ok.  This is where I come in. As a passionate woman in love with Morocco and event designer living in Marrakech, I am here to help planning and designing the full experience for you, sharing insider tips and sharing with you secret hidden gems and beautiful people to make the dream come to life. 

I´ll let you know a secret, there’s no general rule to plan an elopement. You don’t need to know exactly where you wish to exchange vows or the exact dates to start planning your elopement. Instead, start thinking about how you want to feel and how it will look like. When you’re ready is when I come in, we’ll plan together intentionally every detail and I’ll be with you every step of the way to curate an intimate wedding that’s uniquely yours.

Start by choosing your days and the kind of experience you wish. Are you planning a minimal sunset vow exchange in Marrakech? Or do you wish to immerse yourself in the beauty of Morocco and celebrate your wedding in the Sahara desert? Once you know how you wish to feel and your days look like, I will help you to decide the perfect locations and experiences for you and your loved ones.  

Booking and contract. Once you’ve chosen the elopement that fits your whises I’ll send you the contract. This is not very sexy but will make it official! Your dates will be locked and we’ll be ready to start with your bookings. 

Location scouting, I have a long and secret list of places and hidden gems curated over years of traveling and discovery that would be ideal for an intimate wedding. If you promise not to tell I’ll share them all with you. Ancient palaces in the bohemian heart of the Medina, authentic and untouched berber kasbahs, lush gardens and exuberant palm oasis are just some ideas. 

Book your flights! Once we know where and when you can start booking your flights, I take care of the rest. 

I´ll help with vendors. I will suggest and connect you with the best vendors and providers in the wedding industry you may need. Do you wish a fresh look and make up? A beautiful bouquet or a special setting and decor in the desert? I’ll make sure you have a vendor dream team to bring your day to life. 

The big day, after months or maybe just a few weeks we’ll meet in Morocco! I can’t wait to share and savor the magic of this little corner of the world.

No hay un plan concreto ni una regla que seguir para planear tu boda íntima, no es necesario que sepas donde quieres celebrar la ceremonia o las fechas de tu boda, simplemente cuéntame cómo te quieres sentir y un poquito sobre vuestra historia de amor. Con esto será más que suficiente para empezar a diseñar vuestra boda soñada en uno de los lugares más mágicos de la tierra.
